FITNESS
OK, so - I'm not a health
professional... And I'm no athlete! But, I am interested in
trying to stay fit and healthy - for as long as possible!
The road (to fitness and health) is very long and difficult! I
am still nowhere near there... However, its all about -
keeping on keeping on!
All I would like to share with you now - is a few tips - that
I have found are working well for me! I will share a few links
with you -
but really "The world is your oyster" AKA surf the net
yourself - and find what works best for you!

Second, exercise... Personally, I suspect that what we all
need - is an exercise plan, that covers a bunch of different
parts of fitness and health.
To be specific, what is working for me, is a 3 pronged
approach;
1. Running.
2. Stretching.
3. Weights.
Its up to the individual if - or how much / how often - they
do any of these activities... But I'm finding that just a bit
of each does wonders!
Currently, I am doing approx; 1 km run - 4 or 5 times a week
(I'm slow - but that's OK!). Yoga - a little every day - but 4
or 5 times a week - more like 30 minutes minimum (I'm not
flexible - but that's ok!).
Finally, Weights - approx 2 - 4 times a week. 30 minutes
minimum (I'm not V. strong/muscly - but that's OK!)...
